The Grafton Recreation Department will be hosting our SECOND Collectibles Fair at the Grafton High School on Saturday, September 7, 2024. The fair will be held from 10:00am -3:00pm. Collectibles at the fair will consist of coins, comics, records, cards (fantasy and sports), sports memorabilia, toys and more.
To inquire about a space, please register online with a description of what collectibles you sell as well as, if available, a website associated with your business or products, the number of additional spaces, and electricity. All applications will be reviewed starting April 1. After April 1, we will go in and approve applicants and send out invoices to finalize registration! Invoices must be finalized within two weeks of receipt.
After payment, details will be sent regarding setup and breakdown times, table #, vendor parking and other pertinent information.
The fee is non-refundable. You will be provided with an 8’ table and two chairs along with your space. Additional spaces will be 6 foot tables. Electricity is limited; please request and it will be given on a first come, first served basis.

Please keep in mind that attendance in previous years does not guarantee acceptance for future shows.

In the past, people have tried to scam others into signing up for the collectibles fair. Please note that Grafton Recreation will reach out to those on the waitlist DIRECTLY, either through our Facebook page or through email/phone from the department. Noone's private Facebook page will be used to communicate with potential vendors. Thanks for your diligence!
