The Grafton Recreation Department will be hosting the first ever Grafton Day at Grafton High School on Friday August 21st. The fair will be held TBD at the high school. This will be a large family event, in hopes to bring hundreds of people!
To acquire a space, please register online. All applications will be reviewed. E-mails will be sent with the status of your application as they are processed. Selection will be based on bringing a variety of offerings to the Fair. Selection process starts in late March. If you are selected to be a vendor, payment is due to hold your space within 7 days of notification. If payment is not received when due, your space will be filled by the next applicable vendor.
After receipt of payment, details will be sent regarding set up and breakdown times, vendor parking and other pertinent information. This Fee is Non Refundable
Booth assignments will be made by the Recreation Department. We will not be taking preferences for booth locations. The floor plan will vary based on number of applicants.

FEES: $40 per 5x10 space, and $30 per additional space, and you will be required to bring your own tables and chairs. Unlike the Craft Fair, there will be no electricity available, as we are outside. This Event will be outside behind the high school so please plan weather accordingly. PLEASE NOTE- You will be allowed a tent over your table, but the actual display and table must stay in the 5 by 10 space.
In the past, people have tried to scam others into signing up for the craft fair. Please note that Grafton Recreation will reach out to those on the wait list DIRECTLY, through email/phone from the department. No one's private Facebook page will be used to communicate with potential vendors. Thanks for your diligence!
**For any food vendors, there is a food permit required to attend this event. There is form below that needs to be filled out and returned to Grafton's Board of Health before the event.
