You will receive recognition in all marketing materials including posters, newspaper ads, the town website, event registration website, and social media. Your company’s logo will be on the event t-shirt and you will receive 1 free race entry for your organization. 

Your organization will be the official presenter of the event. You will receive recognition in all marketing  materials including posters, newspaper ads, the town website, event registration website, social media and at the event. You will also receive the ability to place a promotional table at the event. Your company’s logo will be the most prominent on the event    t-shirt and you will receive 5 t-shirts and 2 free entries to the race for  your organization.

Your organization will be the official sponsor of  one of the entire grade leagues (Grades 1-3, 4-6, or 7-12)in the league. You will receive recognition in all marketing materials including posters, newspaper ads, the town website, event registration website, social media and on the jerseys on all of the teams in that dvision. You will also receive acknowledgement at the awards ceremony.

Your organization will be the official sponsor of  one of the entire grade leagues (Grades 1-3, 4-6, or 7-12)in the league. You will receive recognition in all marketing materials including posters, newspaper ads, the town website, event registration website, social media and on the jerseys on all of the teams in the league (over 400 in 23-24 season). You will also receive acknowledgement at the awards ceremony.

Trash Receptacle PROGRAM

Grafton Recreation accepts donations to install new trash receptacles at the Town’s recreational facilities. This is a great program to support our local parks while memorializing or honoring a loved one. Donor receptacles will only include replacement of existing deteriorated receptacles, and new ones directly associated reconstruction of existing or construction of new facilities. The cost for each receptacle, including accessible concrete surface is $1,500 (tax deductible). Donations will fund the installation of one new receptacle and a personalized plaque to be displayed on it. Currently we are need of 6 receptacles. Those interested should contact the Recreation Dept. at 508-839-8507 or email: recreation@grafton-ma.gov. Receptacles will be reserved on a first come first serve basis and full payment (Via check or cc) will be required within 30 days of receiving your donation confirmation.
