Sing, Dance, & Play with Music Jen- You're invited to sing, dance, and play in a non-judgemental environment. This welcoming program will take place in a large space within the Grafton Public Library and will provide adaptations or modifications as needed. Stress-release, self-expression, creativity, and joy abound. No prior music experience is needed. An intake assessment is only required if the participants is interested in inclusion support.
Adaptive Cooking Class- Join us for a cozy night of cooking and connection! In this hands-on class, participants will prepare a simple, seasonal recipe while learning basic kitchen skills in a fun and supportive environment. Whether you're a beginner or a budding chef, this class is all about enjoying good food and great company. All materials and ingredients provided! Paint & Pizza- Join us, January 15th, for a fun step-by-step painting class! Bring a friend, guardian, sibling, painting buddy. Our facilitator, Jordan, will show the group how to paint a fun themed painting on canvas. All supplies will be provided.
