Summer Days Program - AM Care: Week 1 This program is available to Grafton residents and school-choice students and runs from 9am - 4pm at the Millbury St. School with a 1:10 counselor to child ratio. Children entering grades 1-5 will be grouped with similar ages and rotate through a variety of activities including sports, arts and crafts, and themed activities with a weekly trip to Silver Lake on Fridays. A weekly field trip will occur on Wednesdays, and is included in tuition. Children in grades 6-8 will rotate through activities geared towards older children. Weekly fee also includes a trip to Silver Lake during the week plus 2 off-site field trips.NEW in 2025!- MORE WEEKS! We are adding an additional week to make it 7 full weeks!- Lastly, we are increasing enrollment AGAIN!The C.I.T. program will help your 14 or 15 year old develop their leadership potential and give them an understanding of what is needed to be responsible for a group of children. Through day to day oversight by the Program Leader and helping a counselor care for a group of children, they will gain self confidence, become aware of the environment around them, learn group management skills and become mentors to the kids in their group, all while still being able to experience the FUN of our summer youth program. NEW THIS YEAR- 2 week sessions! Registering for CIT does not guarantee acceptance. There will be a group evaluation (Wednesday, 4/30/25 2:30 PM) with the Program Director. After a review process we will contact you if your child has been accepted into the CIT program and will be taken off of the waitlist. An invoice will be sent at that time. Children will need to bring the following items daily: peanut-free bag lunch (no glass), plenty of water and snacks, sneakers (no sandals/flip-flops), hat, and sunscreen and on Fridays a bathing suit and towel. All children will receive 1 t-shirt, additional t-shirts can be purchased for $10 a checkout.
